Moulder Bed Lubricants

Formulated specifically to eliminate buildup on the bed, our high-performance line of moulder bed lubricants are designed to improve productivity and reduce downtime. The Lubie Moulder Bed Lubricants provide smoother operation, improved accuracy, and reduced wear on machinery. Wood staining, painting, laminating and other finishing operations generally are not affected because there is no silicone, grease or wax used in the formulation. They are designed for use in automatic, semi-automatic, and manual bed injector systems. The very low viscosity allows our moulder bed lubricants to also be used in spray bottles.

Lubie 200

Lubie 200 is an odorless blended using synthetic components offering outstanding lubrication. It will not build up on the bed....ever. Run all day without having to scrape the bed.

Lubie GPX

Lubie GPX is a unique blended formulation of lubricants in a fast evaporating solvent carrier making it a better option for cedar. It dries slower than Lubie 200 but still leaves a durable lubricating film on the bed.
